John’s Process
John will talk with you about the activity or events that are causing concern, and ask you to fill out a questionnaire. This helps determine if there truly is spirit/ghost activity, or if there may be some other explanation. John will meditate several times on your situation and that of the earth-bound spirit (EBS). During these meditations, he communicates with his spirit guides and his higher self for the proper actions to take. If a clearing seems necessary, an appointment will be made for John to come to your home or business. Usually a clearing will take two visits, sometimes more, depending on the willingness of the EBS to move on. John will move through your space and take energy readings, marking them on a floor plan. If he encounters earth-bound spirits, he will begin to communicate with them, and uncover issues that may be tying them to this plane of existence. John speaks with empathy and respect, and guides the EBS to move out of your home or business.
Because of John’s clairvoyant skills, he is able to locate spirits and have an open, effective dialog with them. He is not trying to make scientific measurements to prove their existence or identify who they were in life. He will bring a digital camera, a voice-activated audio recorder and his notepad along with tools of the trade to help facilitate the clearing.
Pricing
Clearing prices are based on the square footage of the area to be cleared, and on the strength of the spirit(s) involved. Because he has to move through the entire home or business space, checking every corner and cupboard for energy signals, larger spaces take more time. Prices start at $350 for a clearing, including two in-home sessions and a follow up report with action items.
Follow-up
As John works on your clearing, he takes detailed notes of his energy readings and any spirits he encounters. After he has completed the clearing, he writes up a report for you to keep. The report provides details on each area of your home: how Chi/energy is flowing, spirit portal areas, and any problems areas he discovered.
Your Action Items
Included in your follow-up report are actions you should take to keep your space clear of unwanted energy. Based on feng-shui principles, John can recommend minor alterations to keep Chi flowing smoothly. Bringing in a living plant or flower arrangement, adding window treatments, or the strategic placement of mirrors are examples of client action items. These actions are important to maintain a healthy environment after the clearing.
John uses his clairvoyant skills along with crystals, candles, sea salt, sage, religious icons and holy water to clear a space of unwanted energy.
